Google Ads Management
for Brands Done Guessing
Most Google Ads accounts I audit are wasting 30 to 60% of their budget. I fix the structure, the tracking, and the strategy. I manage the account personally, every week. No handoffs. No junior account managers. Just the work.

Brands I've managed Google Ads for
Is your ad account burning cash?
Wasted Ad Spend
Paying for clicks that never convert. Irrelevant search terms draining your daily budget.
Shopping Campaigns Not Converting
High impressions and clicks but poor ROAS. Your feed and bidding strategy need a rebuild.
Broken Conversion Tracking
GA4 and Shopify reporting different numbers. You are optimizing blind without reliable data.
Scaling Kills Your ROAS
Every time you increase budget, your return on ad spend drops. Scaling requires a different structure.
Previous Agency Underdelivered
Paid for management but got generic reports and no clear improvement in revenue or ROAS.
No Clear Reporting
You do not know which campaigns drive profit. No visibility into what is actually working.
How I manage your account
Deep Audit and Strategy
I go through your current account and find exactly where money is leaking. Search terms, bidding strategy, campaign structure, tracking setup, feed quality. Everything gets reviewed before touching a single setting.

Campaign Build and Setup
New campaign structure built from scratch or restructured. Conversion tracking verified end-to-end. Shopping feed cleaned. Search terms filtered. No generic Performance Max on autopilot.
Rebuilt account infrastructure with clean tracking
Weekly Optimization
Ongoing bid management, search term reviews, creative testing, and budget allocation. Monthly reports with plain-language insights. No vanity metrics. You always know what your money is doing.

What I handle, end to end
Search Ads
High-intent keyword targeting. Tight match types and negative keyword lists that actually keep irrelevant traffic out.
Google Shopping and Performance Max
Feed optimization, product group structure, and bidding strategy built for ecommerce revenue. Not just clicks.
Remarketing
Bringing past visitors back with targeted display and search remarketing. Custom audience lists based on behavior, not just site visits.
Conversion Tracking Setup
GA4, Google Ads tag, and server-side tracking verified end-to-end. If the data is wrong, the optimization is wrong.
Product Feed Optimization
Title structure, attribute completeness, and feed health directly affect Shopping performance. Most feeds are underbuilt.
Monthly Reporting
Plain-language reports focused on revenue and ROAS. Not impressions or CTR. You know exactly what your budget is doing.
What I find in most accounts
The same five problems
show up in nearly every ecommerce account
After auditing dozens of ecommerce accounts running Google Ads, the issues are almost never random. They follow a pattern. Here is what I find most consistently.
Conversion tracking is broken or double-counting
Most accounts are optimizing on data they cannot trust. GA4 imports mixed with native Google Ads tags. Shopify's built-in tracking firing alongside GTM. The algorithm is learning from ghost conversions and you are paying for it.
No brand campaign — so PMAX steals branded traffic
Without a dedicated brand campaign, Performance Max cannibalizes your own brand searches and reports that ROAS back as if it earned it. You think non-brand is performing. It is not. The brand lift is hiding the real numbers.
One PMAX asset group covering everything
Running 500 or 1,000 products in a single asset group gives Google no signal on what to prioritize. The algorithm spreads spend evenly across products that have nothing in common. Segmenting by margin, category, or performance unlocks real efficiency.
Search campaigns still on Maximize Clicks
Maximize Clicks optimizes for cheap traffic. That is the wrong goal. Without a conversion-based strategy tied to actual purchase data, Search campaigns pile up sessions from people who were never going to buy.
Wrong product category in Google Merchant Center
Product categorization in GMC shapes which auctions you enter and which competitors you face. Miscategorized products put you in the wrong auctions and hand the algorithm bad context for Shopping placements. It is a small fix with a wide impact.
These are fixable. All of them. But only if they are found. That is what an audit is for.

"Over three years, Dan scaled our Google Ads by 18x in budget while maintaining a consistent 4.5x ROAS throughout. Google Ads became our highest-performing revenue channel by a wide margin. His understanding of the jewelry vertical is at a level most specialists simply do not have."
Goran Berzetski
Co-Founder and CTO, The Art of Jewels
"We are a Swiss fine jewelry brand and entering the US market felt like a real risk. Dan built the Google Ads strategy from scratch for the US. Within months we had consistent sales from American customers and our cost per acquisition was well within target. The US is now a core market for us."
Hanan Moser
Founder, Hanan Moser Jewelry
"Dan restructured our Google Ads account from the ground up and the difference was immediate. Our cost per acquisition dropped significantly while overall booking volume increased. He genuinely understands how to scale a performance-driven ecommerce business and is always on top of the account."
Ron Piron
Co-Founder, BookRetreats
"Dan brought a level of structure and accountability to our Google Ads that we had never had before. Campaigns started converting, cost per lead dropped, and we finally had a clear picture of what was actually working. He is genuinely invested in the results, not just the activity."

Dan Kabakov
I work almost exclusively with ecommerce brands: fine jewelry, fashion, and high-AOV products. After a decade managing Google Ads accounts, I have seen every algorithm change, platform update, and campaign type come and go.
I take on a small number of clients at a time. That means the person who scopes your account, builds your campaigns, and reviews your results every week is me. Not a junior account manager. Not a team you never meet.
My goal is simple: make your Google Ads spend your most predictable and profitable growth channel.
