This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Online Labs (the "Company", "we", "us") collects through onlinelabs.io and its related services (the "Services"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to every visitor and customer of onlinelabs.io. By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

Online Labs is a Google Ads consulting and education business operated by Dan Kabakov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (the country). Online Labs provides Google Ads management and consulting for ecommerce businesses, an online Google Ads course, and free educational content and tools. 2. What Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Give Us Directly

We collect personal data when you choose to provide it: when you request a free Google Ads audit (name, email address, website URL, monthly ad spend range, how you found us), when you contact us through the contact form (name, email address, website, your message), when you download a free resource or template (name, email address), or when you subscribe to the newsletter (email address). Payments for courses and services are processed on the Teachable platform, so we never see or store your card details.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you browse the site, our analytics and security tools automatically collect technical data: IP address, approximate location (city or country level), browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, referral source, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized session replays (mouse movement and scrolling on our pages) to help us improve the site. None of this automatic data is used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to: (i) respond to your audit requests and messages, (ii) deliver the free resources you requested, (iii) send the newsletter and occasional service updates if you subscribed, (iv) provide and improve our Services, (v) understand how visitors use the site so we can make it better, (vi) measure the performance of our own advertising, and (vii) keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not sell it, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on: consent (newsletter subscriptions, resource downloads), legitimate interests (site analytics, security, responding to business inquiries), and performance of a contract (delivering services you have purchased or requested). You can withdraw consent at any time, for example through the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. Third-Party Tools and Service Providers

We use a small set of well-known service providers to run this site. Each one processes data on our behalf for the purpose described below:

6. Cookies

7. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter or download a free resource, we may send you emails with Google Ads guides, new tools, and occasional service announcements, roughly once or twice a month. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We use Brevo to send these emails, and we never share or sell the mailing list.

8. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with: (i) the service providers listed in Section 5, strictly for the purposes described, (ii) professional advisers where necessary (for example an accountant, for invoicing data), and (iii) public authorities where the law requires it. If Online Labs is ever part of a business transfer, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction under the same protections.

9. International Data Transfers

Online Labs operates from Georgia, and the providers listed above store data mainly in the United States and the European Union. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards, as described in each provider's own privacy documentation.

10. How Long We Keep Data

Form submissions and business correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's settings (Google Analytics 4 event data, for example, is retained for up to 14 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business owners and marketing professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

All traffic to onlinelabs.io is encrypted with HTTPS. The site sits behind Cloudflare's security layer, runs an application firewall with malware scanning, and limits access to personal data to the people who need it to operate the Services. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we follow current good practice and review our setup regularly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
